How can I order?
- Choose the specific design you want by typing the specific design name on the search bar or browsing through the categories (Men, Women, Unisex, Kids, Toddlers).
- Once you have chosen the specific design, select the quantity and size.
- Click the shopping cart on the right side to add the item to you cart.
- You can then choose other products and repeat the same procedure to add them to your cart.
- After you are done shopping, click the shopping cart on the upper right side.
- Click the Checkout button. Fill up the shipping and payment details.
- Select delivery method for Door to Door Delivery.
- Select mode of payment (bank deposit, cash on delivery, Paypal).
- Wait for confirmation of order through email. Our staff will also update you through text and email regarding the status of your order.
What modes of payment do you accept?
– We accept payments made through bank deposits, Paypal and Cash on Delivery.
How long will the processing of my order take?
– All standard orders are processed on the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, from 8AM to 5PM) upon the confirmation of payment. After ship out, transit time is usually 2-3 business days for Metro Manila addresses and 7-10 business days for provincial addresses.
What are Banana Peel's shipping and handling terms?
– We offer FREE shipping anywhere in Metro Manila, while a standard shipping cost of P135 applies to deliveries to provincial addresses. We also charge P35 for Cash on Delivery orders.
Once shipped out, Banana Peel will not be liable for any delay on our Partner Courier’s end. You may reach out to us for any concerns about shipping, and we will try our best to coordinate with them.
Do we need to add size when ordering?
– Sizing may vary for every Banana Peel items:
- Banana Peel Flip Flops are available in whole sizes. Please refer on our size guide in order to ensure proper fit. If your feet size fall in between two sizes, please round up. For example, if you are 6 1/2, you may opt to order size 7.
- Banana Peel Unisex Slides run bigger than flip flops hence, sizes may slightly differ. Please make sure to check our size guide for EURO and Heel to Toe sizing.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?
– You will receive an automated message with the corresponding tracking number once your item has been shipped out.
What are your terms for returns, exchanges/changes?
